List of basic features

Structure
Columns and roof frame of cold rolled steel with antirust paint. Each module is self bearing and is calculated to support more than the final static stresses.

Floors
Formed of an exterior frame with hot rolled steel intermediate beams, supporting a reinforced concrete slab.  Exterior frame with bearing plate, insulation and phenol or other type board.

Floor paving
Vinyl floor paving.  Ceramic floor tiles (high fired).
Others (wood, carpet, etc.).

Roofs
Gable roof built of sandwich panels similar to those of the façade, anchored to the building's roof frame with self-tapping screws.

Ceiling
Gypsum board panels. False ceilings with removable plaster panels. Metallic false ceilings. Others (sound absorbant, etc.).

Exterior carpentry
Lacquered aluminum windows and doors with easy to use, heavy duty security type hardware, glazing (Climalit, Stadip) with blinds, bars, etc.
