	SEIS's construction processes are constantly evolving due to the incorporation of new technologies and materials. There is a continual search for improvement in efficiency and productivity, researching new techniques at our plants as well as our jobsites and above all seeking greater safety in the processes. This effort has produced tangible results: new and better materials and products and more efficient production systems and process designs that enable us to offer our customers better service. We believe that a strong emphasis on research, development and innovation is one of the keys to the future success of a company.			SEIS participates in a number of R+D+i projects and is a pioneer in their development: • Thin shell structures made of high strength concrete (up to 200 Mpa) together with the application of other advanced materials in the construction field. • Design and automation of plants to manufacture precast concrete elements, modular systems and architectural façades for the continuous improvement of productivity and process industrialization. • Application and design of passive, energy saving systems in building construction, solutions with maximum energy self-sufficiency and the systematic application of sustainability criteria in both traditional and modular building construction.
