SEIS's precast stairways are less expensive, save time and do not require forms while guaranteeing quality control.

From the very start of the works, this solution provides safe, complete units that can be used by the workers and for moving materials during the rest of the construction process.

Seis prefabricates various types of stairways that are adapted to each job:

· separate stairs
· landing + stairs joined together
· compensated landings

They are prepared to receive different types of finishes. The finish given to the stairs at SEIS's factory is done with care and can be left exposed, painted or covered later with a variety of types of floorings.

The details of joining the SEIS type stairs to the support in the structure are studied separately for each job in order to adapt them to the project.
