Shotcreting GRC
Similar to the guniting process, mortar is sprayed onto the molds using shotcreting guns that have been specially equipped with wheels to cut the fibre to the correct size for the job. The location of the fibre is determined based on the stresses the panel will receive. The cement and silica sand mixture is enriched with the agent/s or treatment/s considered appropriate. |
