Production process

The process used for a 10 cm panel has the following stages:

01.
Clean and prepare the molds, place the side forms and apply the form removal agent.

02.
Install the reinforcing bars (with their separators)

03.
Pour the concrete

04.
Vibrate it using a "vibrating table"

05.
Smooth the upper layer

06.
Cover the mold with an insulating top and accelerate the curing process if the temperature in the bay requires this or steam cure it

07.
Remove the mold after tipping it to a 70º-80º angle to lower the stresses caused by adherence

08.
Take it to the control area and check it over

09.
Transfer to the storage area to finish the curing process. Here the elements are stored upright in a row.
