SEIS began researching and developing G.R.C. at the Valdemoro plant in 1977 and concrete panels at the Chiloeches plant in 2003. Approximately 2 million square meters of prefabricated panels have been produced since then.

Over 30 years have passed during which plants have been built in Algeria, Bulgaria, Portugal and the Ivory Coast for specific jobs in these countries. Currently, we are expanding throughout Europe.

Through experience and research, SEIS DRACE has made exciting advances in new finishes and applications, contributing new mixes to the world market with more adequate doses than those used previously and introducing pioneering fabrication procedures and techniques in the field of prefabricated elements.

Our plants are subjected to an on-going technification process aimed at improving production rates and end-product quality.
