Our sound barriers are built of sound absorbing concrete providing sound protection, visual protection, safety from vandalism and an environmentally acceptable solution.

The sound-proof panels consist of a structural concrete core and a porous concrete layer with great absorbing qualities. This layer of porous concrete is located in a special section, optimizing surface contact so that the sound waves go into the interstices and dissipate as heat due to friction.

These panels can be made in different sizes and colors, adapting to the landscape of the area where they are to be located.

One of the most important aspects for the customer who wants to install a sound panel along a highway or in an industrial facility is the aesthetics of the panel. For this reason, in addition to verifying that it meets the technical characteristics required by Law and that it performs its function, we make an effort for it to fit in with the surroundings where it is to be installed.  Thus, when designing the panel, in addition to the necessary calculations (structure, supports, sound absorption, etc.) so that the panel will comply with the sound and constructive requirements, we also take into account the material that will form the armour covering the panel.

Another very important aspect to take into account in the installation of sound panels is the way the job is carried out. Even if the materials used have good acoustic features, the end result will not be good if each and every one of the steps necessary for the correct installation of the sound barrier is not taken: topographic survey, foundations, installation and levelling of the sections, installation of the panels and placement of joints and angles, etc.
