Técnicas e Imagen Corporativa, S.L, company founded in 1994 has evolved with the times and necessities. This has materialized not only in investments that have improved our production processes and made them more flexible, but by gradually adapting our work methods to quality standards focused on obtaining customer satisfaction.

Nevertheless, this was not enough and we could not leave to one side something as relevant as the problems of the surroundings in which we live our daily lives. Thus, we began to take actions aimed at protecting the environment.

In this way, and always looking towards the future, we concentrated our efforts on putting into practice an Integrated Quality and Environment System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 y UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 standards.

Without underrating the Quality and Environmental Management System certified at the end of 2005, the idea of continuous improvement, a principle that governs each and every one of our activities, offers added value to our customers (current and future) as it guarantees a work methodology accompanied by adequate environmental behavior. It is also important to point out that it obliges us to comply with the applicable legal requirements and furthers the positive evolution of all our processes.

Along this line, it is worth noting our commitments that are not a part of the daily activities of our organization:

• Information and training for all our employees. Although our activities do not have any significant risk implications, we believe it is very important to be aware that correct environmental management is a combined effort. Each and every one of our employees is responsible for protecting the environment in which we live.

• Distribution and availability of our policy on Quality and the Environment. This policy is distributed to all our employees as well as to our subcontractors so that they can follow it in everything they do. We believe that it is necessary to extend it to every work unit that represents our organization at some time in our processes. Furthermore, we think it is necessary to place it at the disposal of all our customers so that they will be aware of our commitment at all times.

• Application of good environmental practices that govern our activities. It is our way of guaranteeing the good actions of our organization.

• Compliance with the legal requirements established in current legislation. By obtaining our certification, we guarantee compliance with the applicable laws. In this way, as set forth in our procedures, they are revised periodically to ensure that none of our responsibilities are omitted due to lack of knowledge.

• Setting and reaching our targets and objectives. This helps us to maintain our principles and conserve our surroundings.

• Implementation of preventive and corrective actions since this is the only way to guarantee (by correcting any irregularity that might exist) our continuous improvement.
